Policies & Faqs

Payment:

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Your account will be automatically charged on that date. If payment is not received by the 5th, a 10% late fee will be added, and you will receive a past-due notice. Additional late fees may apply for each day the balance remains unpaid. If your account is more than 15 days overdue, your child will not be allowed to attend practices until the balance is paid in full. If the balance remains unpaid, your account may be sent to a collection agency. This will result in an additional 35% collection fee.

Please note: We do not provide refunds or prorated tuition for missed practices.

Makeup policy:

We understand that sometimes serious illnesses or injuries can keep your child from attending class. If that happens, we’re happy to offer a make-up class—just bring us a doctor’s note. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or prorated tuition for missed classes. To help your child get the most out of their gymnastics experience, we encourage regular attendance and arriving on time. Consistent participation is key to seeing progress and building confidence!

withdraw policy:

If you need to withdraw your child from a class, please let us know at least 30 days in advance. We kindly ask that this notice be in writing—you can send it by email, regular mail, or hand it in at the front desk. Just a heads-up: You're still responsible for tuition during the 30-day notice period, even if your child doesn’t attend class during that time. To help us keep things running smoothly, please don’t rely on your child to let us know—they’re awesome, but sometimes things get lost in translation! If we don’t receive a written notice and your child stops coming to class, your account will still be charged for the next 30 days. This is because we continue to hold their spot in the class rather than offering it to another child on our waiting list. For your convenience, you can automatically withdraw your child online through your portal account. The 30-day withdrawal fee will be applied automatically. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation—we really appreciate it!

Frequently asked questions

What should my child wear to class?

Students should wear a tucked-in t-shirt and shorts or a leotard (for girls). Hair must be neatly tied back—no large bows or accessories. No chewing gum or dangling jewelry, please. Activity-appropriate footwear is required, and all personal items should be stored in cubbies and labeled with your child’s name. Please leave valuables and jewelry at home, as the gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
