Athletes are highly encouraged to master the prerequisite skills before progressing to the next skill set.

fundamental
Fundamental skills include forward roll, backwards roll, handstand, cartwheel, candlestick hold, hollow hold, arch hold, t-shape cartwheel, bridge, backbend, and front limber 

Developmental
Developmental skills include handstand, forward roll, backwards roll to push up, roundoff, backbend kick over, back walkover, front walkover, cartwheel back walkover, front walkover roundoff

Beginner
Beginner skills include handstand forward roll roundoff, back extension roll, dive roll, back handspring, front handspring, cartwheel back handspring, back walkover back handspring, back handspring series, roundoff back handspring, forward walkover roundoff backhandspring

Intermediate

advanced
